At the beginning of this year, Łukasiewicz – AI joined the group of partners in Inclu(vi)sion — an initiative led by the Aktywizacja Foundation aimed at increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities and building a more accessible and inclusive labor market in Poland.
Inclu(vi)sion is a partnership of companies, institutions, and experts who work together to develop systemic solutions, best practices, and standards that support inclusive employment. The program focuses on tangible actions: sharing experiences, consultations, education, and implementing practical solutions within organizations that are committed to consciously developing accessibility and diversity.
On February 12 in Warsaw, we participated in the 8th Inclu(vi)sion Partnership meeting. It provided a space for discussions about practical workplace accessibility challenges and effective solutions that can be implemented within organizations. During the meeting, we shared our observations and experience in designing tools and services tailored to people with diverse needs.
For years, we have been creating and developing solutions that enhance accessibility in digital, public, and cultural spaces. By combining technological expertise with accessibility principles, we design tools that support blind and deaf individuals in accessing services, information, and culture. We develop solutions that incorporate audio description and Polish Sign Language interpretation, and we continue to advance accessible digital tools. We have also conducted numerous educational sessions to raise awareness among young people about the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Joining Inclu(vi)sion is a natural step in the consistent execution of our development strategy. In our view, modern technologies should promote equal opportunities and provide real access to the labor market. Inclusivity is not an add-on to innovation — it is its foundation.
Together with our partners, we aim to create solutions that transform the labor market into one that is more open, responsible, and accessible to everyone.
