We invite you to participate in SZTOS Creative Sprint, a unique event combining art, technology, and visual media.
How is creativity evolving in the era of artificial intelligence? Can a team of humans compete with machines in imagination and innovation?
These are the questions participants will explore at SZTOS Creative Sprint – an initiative taking place on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the headquarters of Łukasiewicz – AI in Katowice. The event is organized as part of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Festival of the European Commission, and participation is free of charge.
SZTOS Creative Sprint challenges participants to explore human–AI collaboration in the creative process. The event provides an opportunity to examine the role of artificial intelligence in culture, education, and design, and to see how technology can support or inspire human creative potential.
Event Program:
- Task-based challenges – participants will work in teams or individually to create projects that test the boundaries of human creativity in comparison with AI capabilities. Individual participants will be assigned to teams on site to ensure a fully interdisciplinary and interactive experience.
- Expert presentations – specialists will discuss how AI can support creators while highlighting the boundaries where technology enhances, rather than replaces, the human creative process.
- Practical guidance – participants will learn how to use generative artificial intelligence ethically, consciously, and responsibly in everyday creative work.
SZTOS Creative Sprint is aimed at those interested in new forms of creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the application of modern technologies in creative practice. The event provides a space for experimentation, knowledge exchange, and reflection on the future of art in the digital world.
Registration is open – both teams and individual participants are welcome. Due to limited availability, we encourage early registration here: https://forms.office.com/e/Et72nuFbue
