Project Objective: To improve the efficiency of back-office processes supporting the integrated digitalization of the country in the development of public e-services.
Planned Outcomes:
Enhancement of the management process for developing public e-services within government administration units.
Provision of a reference database containing standardized, consistent, reliable, up-to-date, complete, and high-quality data on public institutions and services, as well as related document templates and state information resources. These data will support the RP portal (gov.pl), other service portals, and domain systems implementing e-services for citizens, businesses, organizations, and public officials.
Improvement of the functioning of public sector entities through the enhancement of digital competences and the implementation of digital services.
Strengthening the skills of government administration employees in the area of public services, including electronic service delivery, and improving their overall digital competencies.
