To effectively address the challenges of digital transformation, the \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 AI and the Upper Silesian-Zag\u0142\u0119bie Metropolis (GZM) have signed a Letter of Intent on research and development cooperation. <\/p>\n\n
The Letter of Intent was signed by Jan Kozak, Director of the \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 AI, and Leszek Pietraszek, Chair of the GZM Management Board. The agreement formalizes cooperation focused on the development and implementation of advanced technologies supporting the operations of local government authorities. <\/p>\n\n
The partnership will focus on leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence in administrative processes, strengthening the digital resilience of local governments, and enhancing the competencies of public administration employees in the field of emerging technologies. An important element of the cooperation will also be the development of recommendations and best practices for the application of AI and cybersecurity across the public sector. <\/p>\n\n
