This rebranding reflects our strategic commitment to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and advanced digital services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The change has attracted widespread media attention across national, regional, and industry-specific outlets in Poland. Journalists highlighted not only our new identity, but also our expanding role in driving the country\u2019s digital transformation and strengthening technological resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research in Action: Current and Planned Initiatives<\/strong><br>As reported by <em>Money.pl<\/em>, <strong>\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 AI<\/strong> is actively carrying out several advanced R&amp;D projects, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI Shield<\/strong> \u2013 a real-time cybersecurity platform for IoT networks, capable of detecting anomalies across millions of connected devices, from industrial systems to consumer electronics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CALL-POL<\/strong> \u2013 a collaboration with pediatric hospitals using machine learning and multiomic data to personalize leukemia treatment in children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RuleMiner<\/strong> \u2013 explainable, rule-based AI models that support decision-making in administration, finance, and insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compass<\/strong> \u2013 an AI-driven educational platform that generates personalized math and computer science exercises using large language models (LLMs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accessible Book<\/strong> \u2013 AI systems developed to translate Polish literature into Polish Sign Language (PJM), improving accessibility and supporting AI training in sign language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital twins<\/strong> \u2013 virtual testing environments for the district heating and process industries, enabling safe simulations and operator training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As noted by <em>PAP Biznes<\/em>, <strong>\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 AI<\/strong> is also preparing to launch several <strong>strategic initiatives<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI for All<\/strong> \u2013 a national program to broaden access to AI tools in education, public administration, and the non-profit sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trusted AI National Centre<\/strong> \u2013 a specialized laboratory infrastructure for testing AI algorithms in terms of robustness, explainability, and safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Computing Centre<\/strong> \u2013 a scalable platform offering startups and SMEs access to high-performance computing resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bridging the Digital Divide<\/strong><br>According to Obserwator Gospodarczy, only 6% of Polish companies currently use AI solutions, compared to the 13% average across the European Union. This points to a significant technology adoption gap \u2014 particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mission is to help close that gap by delivering accessible, secure, and explainable AI solutions tailored to the needs of Polish businesses and public institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With over 120 experts and active participation in programs such as Horizon Europe, DIGITAL, and NCBR, <strong>\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 AI <\/strong>is at the forefront of trustworthy AI development in Central and Eastern Europe.
